Three Berries Smoothie

This blend of fresh berries and low-fat dairies is the ultimate summer refresher!

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tub low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
