Sunrise Smoothie

Start your morning right with a good dose of vitamin C and fiber. It’s yummy, easy to prepare and so healthy!

Preparation Time:

  • 5 Minutes

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
