Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

This yummy drink does not only give you a cool and refreshing feeling, but will have you energized as well! It provides you with an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enough energy to sustain your activities for the day.

Preparation Time:

  • 4 Servings
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  1. Place strawberries, banana, wheat germ and yogurt in a blender. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add milk and ice. Process for another 20-30 seconds.
  3. Pour in glasses and garnish with strawberry slices and mint sprigs if desired.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
