Spinach Berry Smoothie

This is a light and refreshing way to start your day; a powerhouse for antioxidants that helps strengthen the immune system and prevents degenerative diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 2 cups spinach, torn
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • sugar substitute, to taste
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
