Soy Protein Smoothie

This is a great energizer and it can easily be adapted to any of your favorite fruit. Vegan and tummy-friendly recipe too!

Preparation Time:

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 1cup low-fat soy milk, vanilla-flavored
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu, soft
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups shaved or crushed ice
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
