How do I return an item?

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund.
We accept returns of products ordered from www.PrecisePortions.com within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
To return something, here’s how you do it!
1. Before returning any product you must obtain a return authorization number by contacting a Customer Service Representative at Support@PrecisePortions.com. A reason for the return must accompany your request.
2. All returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date, and must be in the original box. In cases where the original box and packing are not complete, or any parts and instructions are missing, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged .
3. All returns must be in immediate sell-able condition. We are not able to accept used merchandise.
If your purchase was paid for by credit card, credit will be issued to that credit card upon receipt of the item returned. E-Check or cash customers will receive a refund check within approximately two weeks of receipt of your return.
If you are returning a product that was received damaged, or shipped in error by www.PrecisePortions.com, we will reimburse you the original delivery cost and the cost to ship the product back to us.
For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return delivery expense.
