Potassium-Rich Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is packed with potassium, fiber and vitamin C, these essential nutrients help prevent heart disease and other degenerative diseases like diabetes and cancer.

  • 2 kiwi fruits, cubed
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 8 dried apricot halves
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
  1.  Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
