Peaches and Cream Smoothie

A super-easy, low-fat recipe that is really delicious and refreshingly good for you!

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 1 cup peaches, peeled, stoned and cubed
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
