Orange Banana Yogurt Smoothie

A nice breakfast on the go when you don’t have time for a hearty breakfast but you still want  something in your tummy before you head out for work.

Preparation Time:

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 1 cup orange juice, unsweetened
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses or tumblers.
