Low-Carb Apple Flax Cranberry Smoothie

A great tasting refreshment especially after workout; it is low in fat and carbs, which makes this a perfect drink for those watching their weight.

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup apple, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, intense sweetened
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy..
