Low-Calorie Choco-Peanut Butter Smoothie

This is a healthy option to the regular fastfood choco-peanut butter smoothie.  Try our version it really tastes great and highly nutritious!

Preparation Time:

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 2 cups light soy milk, chocolate-flavored
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes
  1.  Place 1 cup soy milk, banana and peanut butter in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy..
  2. Add in remaining soy milk, and ice. Process for 30-40 seconds.
  3.  Pour in glasses.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
