Kiwi Pina Colada

A nice tropical drink for an afternoon pick-me-up! The fiber in fruits – like kiwi and pineapple regulates the release of sugar in the blood stream. “Coconut milk” is a nice addition to your food and drinks, it will keep you feel full longer. This healthy fat also boost metabolism and promotes thyroid function.

  • 4 Servings
  • 2 medium kiwi, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup shaved or crushed ice
  • sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses, top off with a straw and garnish with kiwi or pineapple slices.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
