Hawaiian Wheatgrass Smoothie

This drink is a nutrient powerhouse! It contains high amounts of potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Wheatgrass has cleansing properties, improves digestion and naturally regulates sugar and lipid levels in the blood.

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 2 kiwi fruits, cubed
  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 2-3 inch round wheatgrass
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
