Green Cleansing Smoothie

This nutrient packed drink with chlorophyll provides the body with energy, boost the immune system and the body’s cleansing process.

  • 10 romaine lettuce (inner leaves), torn
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 4 celery ribs, diced
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 green apples, cored, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • sugar substitute to taste, optional
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2.  Pour in glasses. Garnish with celery sticks.
  3. Serve.
