Fruity and Minty Green Smoothie

Kiwi, cantaloupe, kale and mint are the main ingredients of this refreshing drink, perfect on a hot summer day!

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 2 kiwi fruits, cubed
  • 2 cups honeydew melon balls
  • 1 cups kale
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
