Fat-Free Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie

Fresh raspberries, banana, vanilla extract, and skim milk make this creamy goodness. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant properties that fights-off infection and diseases.

  • 1 frozen banana
