Detox Green Smoothie
Tropical fruits are blended with leafy greens in this delicious and cleansing drink.

- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup ripe papaya, cubed
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup ice cubes
- sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Pour in glasses.
- Serve and enjoy.
