Cucumber Lime Slush

This icy treat is low in calories and provides you with a quick boost of energy when you feel tired because it contains B-complex vitamins and carbohydrates. And it helps flush toxins too!

Yield:

  • 4 Servings
  • 8 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups shaved or crushed ice
  • sugar substitute, to taste
  1. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise; scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Place cucumbers, lime and sweetener in a blender; pulse 4 times. Add shaved ice and process until smooth.
  3. Pour in glasses and garnish with cucumber slices if desired.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
