(makes 2 x 8 ounce glasses)

Ingredients

  • 4 large strawberries
  • ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Directions

  1. Remove strawberry stems and wash
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
