  • Eat a healthy lunch as per your diet chart. It is important to eat within the plan because it includes a healthy balanced diet and keeps your stomach full for the next few hours.
  • A light dinner, as per your diet plan, should be had at least 2 hours before going to bed to let the body work on the food that has just been taken inside.
  • A light snack and juice in the evening would be a good idea.  Also, you may want to munch on some popcorn without butter

If you are a woman choosing a weight loss plan, it is very important to pick one that includes small meals or snacks. This will help to provide enough energy for the body to carry out its daily activities. Small meals will also reduce your hunger pangs. Eating more small meals means less chance of you eating a lot when having just three meals, since there is a much longer gap in between them. Eating just three meals prove to be very unhealthy for the body as well as for your well being.
