Carrot Orange Smoothie

For busy people, here is a perfect snack on the go recipe that really tastes great.  Just place it in your shaker bottle if you are in a hurry.

  • 4 cups baby carrot, cleaned
  • 2 orange navel, peeled cut into wedges
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses or shaker bottle.
  3.  Serve and enjoy.
