Banana Apple Bliss

Yield:

  • 2 frozen medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup shaved or crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  3. Serve immediately.
