- 2 frozen medium bananas, sliced
- 1 medium apple, cored and cubed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup shaved or crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- Place all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.
- Pour in glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon
- Serve immediately.
