Avocado Lemon Soy Smoothie
Vegan- friendly recipe and a very quick smoothie that is good for breakfast or as a snack. In addition to soy “isoflavones”, this drink also provides the body with good amounts of vitamin E that helps maintain overall health.

- 1 Avocado, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 cups soy milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- sugar substitute, to taste (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Pour in glasses.
- Serve and enjoy.
