2 Powerful Superfoods Your Sweet Tooth will Love!

A recent study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry explained that researchers identified 10 new flavonoids in grapes that they previously had not been aware of. Their findings showed these newly discovered flavonoids far-succeeded resveratrol when fighting cancer!

There is no determined number of grapes that you should be eating at this time, but add some in with your daily servings of fruit and you’ll reap the healthy benefits.

Easy Grape & Blueberry Jam

Grape and Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups red seedless grapes
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix the grapes, sugar, and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add blueberries and bring to a boil; cook for 5-10 minutes or until the mixture becomes syrupy.
  4. Cool completely & enjoy!
